Downtown Charleston Harbor & Folly Beach Boat Tours

WOW! Don't know if all of Flipper Finders tours are like ours but it was FANTASTIC! I expected to see maybe a half dozen dolphins, surfacing & showing their dorsal fins. What Captain Will showed us was a pod of maybe a dozen dolphins frolicking along the shore of the Folly River. Dolphins jumping out of the river 2 at a time, both in sync & crossing each other numerous times. Mothers & offspring surfacing & playing. Several came right along side the boat to do some people watching! Amazing experience!!

Had a great time with my family! Captain Will was very entertaining and most knowledgeable about the island and inlet and the ecosystem of Folly! We saw DOZENS of dolphins and they swam with us for a long time! Captain Will seemed to know exactly what he was doing to position the boat for viewing the dolphins! We had a wonderful time and got great pictures at the sand bar! It was definitely worth the price! What a wonderful memory

We did the sunset dolphin boat ride with Captain Will. It was such a wonderful experience! The pontoon was roomy (there was a total of 15 of us but even if it was full with 18, it still would've been roomy) and clean. Captain Will filled our time with the interesting history of the area. And we saw several dolphins throughout our ride! Some came quite close to the boat which thrilled all of us. The stop at Morris Island was nice too. My family (2 adults and 2 older teens) thoroughly enjoyed it and it was the perfect end to our week in Folly Beach. Highly recommend!

He showed us where to go and what to look for and how to stay safe during high tide. The equipment was all in great condition. Booked a tour on the Dolphin Queen for my sisters bachelorette this past weekend! From the beginning when I booked over 2 months ago, the Flipper Finders team was so accommodating and helpful in making sure we were booking the best option for our group. Before the trip we loved hanging out in the marina for a drink before we boarded. I've been on other boat charters before and we are usually picked up in a dingy marina so having the Cabana bar there with drinks and nice bathrooms was a huge win. For the trip itself, Richard and Kate were EXECELLENT!! They were very professional while also making sure we had the best time. The boat was spacious, the spots we stopped at were great, and Richard was very accommodating to anything that we needed or requested! Overall, I can't praise them enough! I know there are a lot of boat charters in Charleston to choose from so if you are between a few other companies, trust me and book with flipper finders!
